I just loved this session with the Adorable Family! Okay, that’s not really their last name, but I have dubbed them as such for the duration of this blog post because, well… just see for yourself!
I first met them when we did little Gaby’s newborn session a while back, and have loved meeting up with them for their annual family photos ever since.
I cannot believe that little Miss Aurora is already a whole year old!! It’s been such an honor and so much fun to photograph her and watch her grow up in this first year of her life! Here’s one photo from each of the past year’s sessions: maternity, newborn, 6 month, and 1 first birthday! : )
How fun to look back on her first year! At Aurora’s first birthday session, her parents presented her with her birthday gift. This was her first time seeing it and her reaction was priceless!! They gave her a custom-made Patatine doll with every feature hand designed and significant to Aurora’s life. Watching how much this sweet one year old appreciated the doll was beautiful to see!
Then we got the party started with Aurora’s cake smash session!! Her mom and dad MADE THIS cake! AND this was their first time doing so! Came out pretty darn incredibly! Aurora’s nursery colors and theme are peacock and they’re her mom’s favorite so it was incorporated into her session! I love this first shot of Aurora sneaking a peek at me while her mom was getting her dressed :)

Little Miss Evelyn is 6 months old now! I’ve loved photographing her every 3 months and watching her grow! Her 6 Month Session was my favorite so far. It was just such a happy, sunny and fun day! Happy half birthday, little one! :)
